Working in a team...but never seeing them.

This is the new world. I love how we have built our new model. Everyone snuggled in at home, we finally came to terms with what the HOME OFFICE would be and how we would be able to stay sane and do great work while at home. We have relied on video chatting and using technology to keep connected. We don’t get to share a batch of homemade muffins or chili in the office kitchenette like we used to, but we are stronger and more in-tune than ever because we have finally accepted THIS LIFE.
